Flat in a medieval building in Born district next to Santa Maria del Mar basilica. 

It is a 60 m² flat especially designed as investment with a 15% yield. The finishing touch is of a high standard in a building of s.XVII and we have combined old materials and modern ones. It has been designed by our interior designers with a personal and avant-garde style.
